LifeStance Health is seeking a qualified Psychometrist to support licensed psychologists by administering and scoring clinical tests, both in-person and via telemedicine. The role emphasizes objectivity, quality of care, and improved patient access within a flexible outpatient setting.

The position requires a bachelor’s (and preferably a master’s) degree in psychology, with strong communication, attention to detail, and client rapport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Experience with counseling or testing is preferred.
• Strong assessment and data interpretation skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
• Create test data summary tables and provide behavioral observations.
• Maintain testing materials and support psychologists with testing sessions.
• Coordinate with patients and psychologists; arrange follow-ups as needed.
• Upload reports to patients and referral sources; assist with records.
