Qualifications

• MSL psychiatry experience preferred with strong communication skills.
• Advanced healthcare degree (PharmD or PhD) preferred.
• Experience using medical information databases and multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize medical information to research and craft evidence-based responses.
• Document interactions and maintain high-quality records in CRM systems.
• Support field medical team at conferences and at medical congresses.
• Engage in market research and process improvements as needed.
