On Location is seeking an experienced Events Partnerships Manager to shape the Olympic hospitality journey for LA28. You will create unforgettable experiences, connect fans with brands, and drive engagement and revenue through premium hospitality moments and partner activations.

You will manage end-to-end event strategy, sponsorships, and guest experiences, partnering with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver measurable impact across global events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, partnerships, sports, entertainment, luxury hospitality, or premium brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute premium events and hospitality experiences for corporate partners, high-net-worth clients, agencies, prospects, and key stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end event planning: concept development, venue sourcing, budgets, timelines, production, vendors, guest experience, and onsite execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, partnerships, and operations to ensure premium event delivery.
