Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Hospitality Premium Services to lead premium guest experiences across venues, partnering with On Location, LA28 Protocol, Venue Management and Security to operationalize VVIP frameworks.

You will oversee readiness, define access, manage guest movements during Games-time, coordinate cross-functionally, and ensure adherence to LA28 values while delivering exceptional hospitality for stakeholders and fans.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in VVIP or protocol operations or premium hospitality.
Experience developing protocols, procedures and contingency processes for high-profile guest movements.
Strong understanding of VVIP access, accreditation, security and venue movement.
Ability to coordinate across Protocol, Venue Management, Security, Transport, Ticketing, Hospitality and other teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex requirements into clear policies and decisions.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience using collaborative tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet or Asana.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Premium guest and VVIP framework with cross-functional teams.
Define VVIP tiering, access and credentialing requirements with Protocol and Security.
Plan and ensure readiness of Premium hospitality programs across LA28 venues.
Monitor service delivery standards and report readiness milestones and dashboards.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans for continuity of service.
Coordinate with Protocol, Venue Management, Security and Transport for VVIP movements.
Manage guest arrivals, access control and seating during Games-time.
Handle on-the-ground guest issues with proactive resolution and clear escalation paths.
