Job summary

EverOps seeks an Okta IAM Integration Engineer to join our U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center from a home office. You will unblock a high‑volume SaaS integrations queue by configuring SSO and SCIM while guiding non‑technical stakeholders through IAM concepts with clarity and empathy.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and IaC deployment with Terraform. Strong communication and change management experience are essential for success in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of dedicated Okta administration experience in a corporate IT or enterprise environment.
• Deep, practical configuration experience with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols (not just conceptual familiarity).
• Proven comfort managing a high‑volume ticket queue and balancing multiple concurrent integration projects.
• Exceptional communication skills: translating complex IAM architecture for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid experience operating within a CAB/change management framework.
• Ownership: customer-focused approach to closing tasks and avoiding stalled integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO integrations end-to-end, leading technical coordination with third‑party vendors.
• Set up SCIM 2.0 provisioning and implement group-based RBAC within Okta.
• Create and synchronize target groups using the internal IAM portal.
• Deploy Okta configurations (SAML/OIDC apps, group patterns, SCIM) via Terraform in a shared IaC repository.
• Manage daily access operations, including provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycles and URI/attribute modifications.
• Author, present, and execute CAB tickets for all production-level changes.
