Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking an experienced Okta Architect for a six-month remote contract. You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise identity and access management solutions on the Okta platform.

Responsibilities include configuring SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and API access management, plus integrating Okta with cloud, SaaS, and on‑premise systems while establishing governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Okta implementation and architecture experience.
• Okta Certified Professional or Architect certification strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts: SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM.
• Experience integrating Okta in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to work fully remote with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Okta IAM solutions across enterprise environments
• Design and configure SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and API access management
• Integrate Okta with cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and on-premise systems
• Define IAM policies, governance standards, and security best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation
