Ideal candidates have 3+ years in oil and gas title work, familiarity with Permian Basin properties, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PDF tools. You will manage your workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oil and gas title or runsheet experience.
• Permian Basin experience preferred.
• Familiar with fee, state, and federal title.
• Proficient with county records databases (TexasFile, CourthouseDirect, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build runsheets, MORs, take-offs, and HBP research.
• Run and abstract title chains from sovereignty or a set start date through present.
• Review leases, assignments, probates, and conveyances to determine ownership and flag title issues.
• Prepare clean, organized deliverables in VOG Land's format and meet project deadlines.
• Communicate status and issues to the project manager without being chased.
