Qualifications

• Proficiency with SCADA platforms, especially CygNet and data management systems.
• Understanding of natural gas production operations, artificial lift, compression, and field equipment.
• Strong data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools used for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time production systems, compression, and field assets using SCADA and surveillance platforms.
• Identify anomalies and downtime events; communicate findings to field operations for action.
• Analyze production data to find trends and optimization opportunities.
• Track performance against targets and flag underperforming assets for investigation.
• Support artificial lift optimization by monitoring lift and compression data.
• Maintain surveillance logs and production reports accurately.
• Coordinate with field operators and leadership to prioritize responses.
• Suggest process improvements from surveillance findings.
• Stay current on surveillance tools and industry best practices.
• Perform additional duties as required.
