Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years in oil and gas operations, production engineering support, or related surveillance/data analysis.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical/analytical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and field assets in real time using SCADA/CygNet and surveillance platforms.
• Identify operational anomalies, upsets, alarms, and downtime events; communicate findings to field operations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Track and report production performance against targets; flag underperforming assets for investigation.
• Support artificial lift optimization by monitoring lift and compression performance data.
• Maintain surveillance logs, production reports, and data records.
• Coordinate with field operators, engineers, and leadership to prioritize responses.
• Identify systemic issues and suggest process improvements.
• Stay current on surveillance tools and industry best practices.
