Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking a Consultant Occupational Health Physician to join the Defence and Construction team in a fully remote role. You will deliver expert clinical advice, assessments, and reports across a range of safety-critical environments, while mentoring junior physicians and shaping safe workplaces.

Qualifications

• Client-facing skills, with experience in leading teams and managing complex workloads.
• HAVS registration and/or IRR status is preferred but not essential.
• Experience delivering occupational health services to industrial and safety-critical clients.
• Experience supporting Health Surveillance programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical advice through case management and consultations with employers and healthcare professionals.
• Carry out Occupational Health assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations to employers and employees.
• Manage a diverse caseload including fitness-for-work assessments and return-to-work planning.
• Produce clear, professional reports outlining medical opinions and actionable recommendations.
• Liaise with HR teams and healthcare professionals to support employee wellbeing and organisational health goals.
