Job summary

Scott Schoener Insurance Agency is seeking an Office Manager to drive smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will implement policies, support the agent and team, and help achieve sales, service, and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in marketing and sales within the insurance field, is bilingual in Spanish, and holds a Property & Casualty License along with a Life & Health License. A four-year degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
• Five+ years in marketing experience.
• Five+ years in managing customer service.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to coordinate with others to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance options, coverages, changes, transfers, billing, and claims.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped to meet customer needs and market products.
