Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a Manager, Offensive Security to lead a security team focused on offensive testing in the United States. This remote role reports to the Chief Security Officer and requires experience in red teaming and leadership.

Responsibilities include conducting diverse assessments, developing executive-friendly reports, and guiding security engagements while travel up to 10% may be required. Join a team shaping secure, proactive customer success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience including management experience.
• 5 years of experience with pen testing and red team functions (network, web, mobile, cloud, social engineering, scripting, or tool development).
• Experience with tools used for wireless, web app, and network security testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform red and purple team assessments, assumed breach engagements and ransomware readiness reviews.
• Conduct external/internal wireless assessments, web and mobile app testing, and embedded system testing.
• Recognize and utilize attacker tools, tactics, and procedures safely.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.
• Perform offensive cyber security engagements of varied nature.
