Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years' experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, exposure management, and/or advanced vulnerability management roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience conducting penetration tests, red team exercises, attack simulations, or adversary emulation.
• Expertise in manual penetration testing of web, API, cloud, infrastructure, thick-client, and/or mobile apps using industry-standard tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered toolsets for exploitation and reporting tasks.
• Strong understanding of attack chains and vulnerability types including CVEs and misconfigurations.
• Proven ability to communicate risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing, red team activities, and adversary emulation across enterprise environments.
• Leverage AI-powered resources to conduct red team, pentesting, and vulnerability management activities.
• Validate vulnerabilities identified through automated scanning to determine exploitability and impact.
• Identify chained vulnerabilities and systemic weaknesses increasing exposure.
• Collaborate with VM, SOC, engineering, IT ops, and risk teams to improve assessment quality.
• Explain findings clearly and validate remediation effectiveness.
• Document findings in internal ticketing and reporting systems with risk context.
