Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking an OEM Operations Manager to oversee automotive digital marketing programs and align operations, digital advertising, sales, and OEM stakeholders for on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a systems-minded PM with strong Google Ads and Excel skills, plus ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Fully remote with East/Central time zone support expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing, OEM account management, automotive retail, agency operations, or SaaS.
• Direct experience with automotive OEMs, dealerships, or automotive media programs.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and digital performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational link between Operations, Digital, Sales, and OEM stakeholders.
• Oversee setup, rollout, and execution of short-term digital initiatives, pilot programs, and test campaigns with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain and update internal operating guides and documentation across OEM offerings.
