Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced Oracle Migration SME to lead a complex enterprise cloud migration from Microsoft Azure to OCI for the DOE OCFO Consolidated Business Systems.

You will own end-to-end planning, governance, and migration execution across infrastructure, databases, security, and applications. The role requires strong leadership, vendor coordination, and a deep understanding of OCI services, Exadata, and cloud migration methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 14+ years related experience.
• Extensive AWS, Azure and Oracle cloud experience; OCI migration leadership.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and Oracle applications; SDLC familiarity.
• Experience with ETL, MySQL and Microsoft .Net applications.
• Strong governance, risk management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from Azure to OCI across multiple teams.
• Develop migration roadmap, governance, and cutover planning.
• Coordinate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
