Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Migration SME to guide a major cloud migration from Microsoft Azure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for the DOE OCFO Consolidated Business Systems.

You will oversee end-to-end planning, governance, and execution across multiple technical and business teams. You will collaborate with cloud architects, Oracle, Microsoft, partners, and stakeholders to deliver the migration roadmap while minimizing disruption and

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
Experience: 14+ years of related experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale cloud or data center transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, governance, and execution of the migration.
Coordinate across infrastructure, application, database, security, networking, architecture, operations, and business teams.
Develop and execute the migration roadmap with stakeholders to minimize disruption and manage risk.
