Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment for the Stockpile Asset Management System (SAMS). The role requires US citizenship or a green card and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, with remote work allowed for candidates located in the United States.

The position expects on-call participation and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

5+ years of cloud/infrastructure engineering experience.
Experience operating production workloads in OCI or comparable enterprise IaaS cloud environment.
Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and support 24x7 on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain SAMS infrastructure hosted in OCI.
Administer OCI compute, storage, networking, IAM, connectivity, and related cloud services.
Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity and health.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, network, connectivity and performance issues.
Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform/IaC and scripting.
Maintain infrastructure configuration through version-controlled processes and repositories.
Support cloud backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.
Coordinate infrastructure changes and incident response with multiple teams.
