Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services via telehealth to a diverse caseload. You will assess, plan, and implement interventions to promote independence, document progress, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in the applicable state.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy via telehealth is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with a focus on patient privacy (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote occupational therapy assessments via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments.
• Deliver remote OT interventions to improve functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively and participate in ongoing professional development.
