Remote Occupational Therapist to join a community of dedicated therapy professionals!

Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality services in pediatrics. We offer a team approach grounded in education and practice as a result of a lifelong commitment to continuing education and excellence in service delivery to children with special needs in schools, homes, and in-clinic. What makes us dynamic is our supportive, vibrant, and collaborative environment, where we give you the tools you need to succeed and develop leadership and clinical skills.

We are seeking a part-time virtual Occupational Therapist to join our team! You will evaluate patients, provide therapy, write reports, and supervise a COTA (if needed) in a clinical setting. Supportive teammates and engaging caseload. Must have a current and valid license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or be eligible.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis
  • Provide clinic-based therapy
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Supervise a COTA (if needed) that helps clinic patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
  • Write clinical SOAP notes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, commitment, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
