Job summary

Dane Street is seeking experienced Occupational Medicine Physicians licensed in Washington to join our panel as independent reviewers. This fully remote 1099 contractor role focuses on comprehensive medical record reviews and objective opinions on work-related injuries and health matters.

Responsibilities include evaluating records, drafting concise summaries, and answering client questions. Requirements include MD/DO, WA license, and at least 5 years post-residency experience in Occupational

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certification in Occupational Medicine preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license.
• Active clinical practice or recent experience in Occupational Medicine.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, credentialing and professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing medical records and supporting documentation.
• Conducting evidence-based clinical assessments.
• Preparing clear, comprehensive written reports.
• Participating in peer-to-peer discussions when necessary.
• Answering client-specific questions regarding occupational injuries, illnesses, and workplace health concerns.
• Applying current clinical guidelines and standards of care to all reviews.
