Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC is seeking an Occupational Health Medical Assistant to support employee health programs across the organization. The role involves administering tests, vaccines, and health data entry while promoting health promotion and safety.

The position offers remote work with occasional site campaigns and a standard Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule. Prior MA experience and BLS certification are important for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supports occupational health programs including workers’ compensation and influenza program.
• Submits orders for employee testing and immunizations as per policy.
• Conducts influenza clinics and training for clinics.
• Maintains employee medical records and data entry.
