We are seeking talented SEASONAL SALES PROFESSIONALS for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure consistent support for our customers. Training is scheduled Mon - Fri from 9am - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
• Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
• Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule initial service.

What You Will Do

• Work remotely from your home office with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 mbps upload/20 mbps download). Equipment provided.
• Support peak season starting February.
• Manage customer relationships, identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
• Use gamification methods to measure performance.
