The position requires an active RD/RDN license, a master's in nutrition or related field, and 2+ years of teaching/industry experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active and unencumbered PA RD/RDN license.
• Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics/Nutrition Science or related field.
• 2 years of higher education instruction support experience.
• 2 years of industry experience in nutrition or related field.
• Evening/afternoon availability up to 10 hours per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with course curriculum.
• Monitor progress of an assigned learner group and offer proactive support.
• Maintain current knowledge in the content area.
• Foster student learning with innovative teaching practices.
