Job summary

ECPI University is seeking qualified instructors to teach undergraduate Health Care Administration and Nursing programs in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a Nutrition professional, with no prior teaching experience required as we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support.

Courses run in five-week terms; instructors must be available evenings and weekends to support adult learners. Responsibilities include delivering live sessions via Zoom once per week and conducting one

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or a Master’s with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.
• 3–5 years industry experience in nutrition or related field within the last 5 years.
• Ability to teach in a remote, five-week accelerated course format and support adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live sessions via Zoom once per week and hold one live office hour weekly.
• Provide practical, hands‑on instruction and mentor students in HCA and Nursing programs.
• Support students evenings and weekends to accommodate adult learners.
