Job summary

Qualifications

• Active or recent nursing license / board certification.
• Hands-on experience reading patient cases and writing structured assessments.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently.
• Clear written clinical reasoning citing guidelines or evidence.
• Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current nursing guidelines and standards for RN work.
• Grade differential reasoning, dosing logic, and red-flag handling using a structured rubric.
• Flag patient-safety issues with severity tags per clinical taxonomies.
• Capture corrected clinical reasoning to train modeling systems.
• Adjudicate cases against published evidence or guidelines.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in weekly calibrations.
