Job summary

WNS Healthhelp in the United States is seeking an RN/LVN Team Lead to oversee utilization management and case coordination. You will balance review work with leadership duties, monitor staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.

The role requires an active nursing license (RN or LVN/LPN) with at least two years in UM and strong communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities. Work is remote within the US with evening shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current active, unrestricted RN or LVN/LPN license in the United States.
• Minimum 2 years Utilization Management experience; supervisory experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Leadership and motivational abilities; able to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Balance case review production with team lead duties based on staffing needs.
• Conduct case reviews and maintain minimum 3.5 cases per hour during productivity hours.
• Monitor staff assignments and coordinate nurse deployment via the assignment tool.
• Ensure turnaround times meet SLAs and regulatory requirements; communicate clearly.
• Act as liaison between frontline staff and management; support performance reviews.
• Coordinate nurse reviewer activities and notify physicians as needed.
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance to close gaps and improve quality.
• Promote a positive, compliant, HIPAA-conscious work environment.
