The Center for Development and Disability (CDD) at the University of New Mexico seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the statewide Medically Fragile RN Case Management program from a remote satellite office. You will supervise Nurse Case Managers, oversee referrals and preassessments, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality, compliant services statewide.

Travel statewide using a personal vehicle is required, with occasional meetings in the metro area.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Nursing required; RN licensure or multi-state compact eligible for NM.
• Minimum 5 years of community-based nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead statewide Satellite/Rural Nurse Case Management team and co-manage with Metro Nurse Manager.
• Oversee onboarding, supervision, training, and mentorship of Nurse Case Managers.
• Manage referrals, preassessment reviews, and program eligibility determinations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, MCOs, and partners to ensure service access and quality.
• Oversee billing/documentation processes and participate in budget discussions.
