Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a Nurse Auditor to lead revenue integrity audits and regulatory compliance across inpatient and outpatient services. This role emphasizes remote collaboration with HIM, CDI, Coding, and PFS teams to ensure accurate charge capture and documentation integrity while supporting audit readiness and optimal reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will hold a nursing degree with an RN license in Maryland and CPR certification, bringing 1–3

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Revenue Integrity, Clinical Auditing, Healthcare Compliance, CDI, HIM/Coding, Utilization Review, Case Management, Hospital Billing and Reimbursement preferred.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
Charge Description Master (CDM) Support
Education and Consultation
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collaborate with Recovery Audit Coordinators to write appeals to protect the organization from cash retractions
Build audits of specific cases to identify additional revenue opportunities
