Job summary

LeoForce is seeking qualified nuclear safety reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content on nuclear topics. You will assess technical accuracy and safety framing, flag dangerous material, and craft gold standard reference content.

Candidates should have a strong written English ability and experience in risk assessment. This is a 100% remote independent contractor role with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay up to $100.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a nuclear-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in nuclear engineering, safety, criticality safety, reactor ops, safeguards or technical review.
• Strong ability to evaluate content for accuracy, completeness and policy alignment.
• Proficient written English to explain judgments clearly.
• Citizenship requirement for U.S., U.K., Australia or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses on nuclear/radiological topics for technical accuracy and safety framing.
• Flag outputs with dangerous or misuse-enabling content and provide safe alternatives.
• Create gold standard reference content addressing benign nuclear questions.
• Evaluate model outputs on safety, risk, accuracy and clarity.
• Detect hallucinations, incorrect physics, and unsafe recommendations.
• Provide written feedback explaining safety judgments and rubric alignment.
• Escalate high-risk content for additional review as needed.
• Contribute across adjacent chemical, biological, and radiological topics as needed.
