Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Nuclear Projects Seller/Doer to lead licensing, regulatory compliance, and environmental review initiatives for federal, commercial, and utility clients across the United States.

The role blends technical delivery with business development, including NRC licensing submittals, NEPA documentation, and client relationship management. Nationwide remote/hybrid work is available, with emphasis on growth of nuclear and energy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in nuclear licensing, regulatory compliance, environmental review, or related work.
• Experience with NRC licensing processes and NEPA.
• Strong technical writing, regulatory analysis, and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate NRC licensing submittals, correspondence, and technical documentation.
• Develop environmental reports, memoranda, and licensing documentation supporting approvals.
• Support NEPA compliance activities including EAs and EIS-related review processes.
• Track licensing commitments, comments, and regulatory deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop deliverables and budgets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with nuclear, utility, federal, and commercial clients.
