IF1184 GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC is seeking an Advanced Nuclear Commercial Leader (Proposal Manager) to drive commercial execution for opportunities, including RFIs, proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. You will collaborate across functions to develop compliant, competitive offerings and support governance reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 9 years of related experience in projects, sales and proposals.
Experience with proposals, pricing strategies and business cases.
Ability to influence in a matrixed organization; strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial execution for opportunities, including RFIs, proposals, cost estimates and pricing strategies.
Support senior leaders on larger, more complex opportunities including mega projects.
Review contract terms with Contracts, Legal, Finance and leadership to ensure compliance and commercial viability.
Serve as a key commercial interface with the Global Sales Team.
Develop and implement AI capabilities to automate responses to RFIs and RFPs; maintain centralized databases of artifacts.
