Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with valid licensure in multiple states.
• At least 5 years of primary care experience including adults and pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted licenses in 7+ states with preference to CA, TX, FL and other listed states.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care via video, text, and secure messaging.
• Manage chronic conditions and preventive health, with care plans.
• Document encounters with clear medical decision-making and notes.
• Collaborate with physicians under state-specific agreements.
