HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Arizona to join our team.

This role focuses on Chronic Kidney Disease and primary care needs, delivering high-quality patient-centered care in the home environment, with autonomy and collaborative team support. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, REMOTE, allowing you to live anywhere in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Arizona.
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing NP or PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing patient education and chronic disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and participate in routine meetings.
• Utilize telehealth to support patient care.
