Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead virtual care for women in midlife across the United States. You will independently manage perimenopause and menopause, prescribe HRT, and oversee pharmacologic weight management with a focus on patient-centric, long-term relationships.

The role offers full clinical autonomy, remote scheduling between 7am–7pm in patient local time, and a supportive framework to deliver high-quality care to a growing patient population.

Qualifications

• Active board certification in women's health or family practice required.
• Proven experience managing perimenopause and menopause patients independently.
• Experience prescribing and titrating HRT is essential.
• Ability to maintain a full NP panel with autonomous decisions.
• Telemedicine experience and digital tools fluency are required.
• Experience with GLP-1 weight-management therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood and sleep remotely.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate pharmacologic weight management options.
• Maintain documentation, hit productivity targets, and ensure patient follow-up.
