Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide remote, ongoing care for women in midlife, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and sexual health. You will manage a full patient panel and independently oversee HRT therapy, with emphasis on efficiency and compassionate care.

The role supports a fast-paced, fully virtual environment with scheduling between 7am–7pm local time and requires strong telemedicine capabilities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating/prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient panel virtually across perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and GLP-1 therapies.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions daily.
• Maintain documentation, follow-up, and productivity targets.
• Deliver high-volume, relationship-based care with ongoing patient visits.
