Job summary

Ways2Well in the United States is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-informed, patient-centered care via telemedicine. You will conduct comprehensive health assessments and design personalized wellness plans, focusing on hormone optimization and nutrition, within a fully virtual, multidisciplinary team.

This role requires multi-state licensure, strong communication, and experience in telehealth with thorough EHR documentation; regular daytime hours and a dedicated home

Qualifications

• Active NP license in multiple states (multi-state licensure preferred).
• National certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active DEA registration.
• 2+ years NP experience, preferably in functional/integrative hormone therapy.
• Experience with telehealth or digital health platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via telemedicine.
• Review lab results including hormone panels and micronutrients.
• Develop personalized wellness and hormone optimization plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
• Document in the EHR accurately (Charm or similar).
• Collaborate with clinical staff, pharmacists, and health coaches.
