Job summary

Ways2Well is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-informed, patient-centered care via telemedicine in a fully virtual environment. You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, interpret lab results, and design personalized wellness plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Must hold multi-state NP licensure, national certification, and DEA, with experience in functional or hormone therapy.

Qualifications

Active and unencumbered NP license in at least 5 U.S. states (multi-state licensure).
National certification (AANP or ANCC).
Active DEA registration.
Minimum 2 years NP experience; immunology/hormone therapy exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and peptides; targeted supplementation preferred.
Prior telehealth or digital health experience preferred; comfortable with cloud-based tools and telemedicine platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations via telehealth platforms (asynchronous and synchronous).
Review and interpret lab results including hormone panels and inflammatory markers.
Develop personalized care plans focusing on hormonal balance and metabolic health.
Educate patients on treatment options, supplements, and lifestyle changes.
Document thoroughly in the EHR system (Charm or similar).
Collaborate with clinical support staff, pharmacists, and health coaches for continuity of care.
Adhere to state and federal telehealth regulations and participate in ongoing training.
