Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver MOUD via telehealth in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will initiate buprenorphine treatment and manage care within a team-supported model.

This 100% remote, full-time W2 role requires an NP license, at least 6 months of independent outpatient experience with buprenorphine, and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in your state of residence.
• Minimum 6 months in outpatient care prescribing buprenorphine.
• Able to work autonomously within a team-based model.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MOUD via telehealth to patients.
• Initiate buprenorphine treatment and manage ongoing care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care within HIPAA standards.
