Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) through telehealth in a fully remote outpatient setting. You will initiate buprenorphine treatment and manage patients within a structured, team-supported model of care.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in state of residence (must reside in listed states).
• At least 6 months of experience prescribing buprenorphine in an independent outpatient setting.
• Strong patient-centered practice with ability to work autonomously.
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MOUD in a fully remote outpatient setting.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model.
• Work independently with a focus on patient-centered care and safety.
