Job summary

Boulder Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners for addiction medicine in a 100% remote outpatient setting. You will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence
• Minimum 6 months of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine
• Willingness to work full-time (30–40 hours/week) in a 100% remote setting
• The role requires a private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup

Responsibilities

• Deliver MOUD to patients in a fully remote outpatient setting
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model
• Provide patient-centered care and collaborate with clinicians and staff
