Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience.
• 3+ years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred.
• Must be able to work with patients with Substance Use Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
• Provide compassionate telephonic and video-based patient engagement.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing care for individuals.
