Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to work fully remotely, delivering medication for opioid use disorder. This full-time role involves independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatments in an outpatient setting. Candidates should have an active Nurse Practitioner license in their state and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Competitive salary ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 based on FTE. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an independent, outpatient setting with buprenorphine prescriptions.
• Resides in one of the states listed for eligibility.
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients to deliver MOUD (buprenorphine).
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment.
