Job Details

Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

1. Review and notarize documents and affidavits.
2. Ensure all documents are properly executed and notarized according to state guidelines.
3. Maintain an electronic notary journal of all official acts.
4. Administer oaths during telephonic hearings or trials as required.
5. Stay updated on department policies and procedures, and inform management of any changes.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Hold a notary public commission in your state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
