RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Notarizing at home in-person and remote online signings for buyers, sellers, and borrowers on real estate transactions.
2. Communicating requirements and other information to clients.
3. Making phone calls to clients.

KEY BACKGROUND:

• Notary Public license.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

KEY SKILLS:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
