Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a Sales & Distribution Manager to strengthen our northeast distributor network and drive profitable growth across assigned markets and channels. The role connects BRCC with distributors and internal teams to improve product availability, market coverage, and execution.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/distribution, experience with distributor networks, and knowledge of CP G channels.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in sales, distribution, or related field.
• Experience with distributors, wholesalers, or multi-tier networks.
• CPG/coffee industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with distributor partners and primary planning contact.
• Identify and secure new distributor opportunities with commercial plans.
• Administer distributor agreements and set pricing, service levels, and reporting.
• Monitor revenue, inventory, margins, and key KPIs.
• Forecast, budget, and support cost-to-serve analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve distribution issues.
• Lead distributor reviews and corrective actions.
