Qualifications

• Five or more years of nonprofit corporate, tax, and/or trust law experience.
• JD degree and MA bar membership preferred.
• Experience with private foundations, public charities, or tax-exempt orgs valued.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Think practically and strategically with strong client focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and one-on-one client skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with clients and provide consultative services on nonprofit matters.
