The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, payroll processing, and budgeting support, while maintaining excellent client communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in nonprofit or fund accounting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software; ability to manage multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements: income statements, balance sheets, cash flow.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with client projects and year-end close.
• Assist with tax filings as needed.
