Job summary

Cedarstone is seeking a full-time Nonprofit Accountant to join our Financial Operations team. This hands-on role is a day-to-day trusted accountant for nonprofit clients, ensuring financial operations run smoothly, compliantly, and with timely reporting. You will support audits and Form 990 filings and provide clear financial guidance to client leadership, with Sage Intacct experience as a plus. The role supports remote, hybrid, or in-person work within eligible states.

Qualifications

• Hands-on nonprofit accounting with GAAP knowledge.
• Manages GL maintenance and closings (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Performs AP/AR reconciliations and produces board-ready reports.
• Supports audits and Form 990 filings.
