• Minimum experience as a bankruptcy paralegal preferred.
• New Jersey bankruptcy experience required.
• Familiarity with Chapter 13 processes and documents.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chapter 13 bankruptcy files from intake through confirmation and completion.
• Gather, review, and organize client financial information and supporting docs.
• Assist with preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, plans, amendments, and related pleadings.
• Monitor deadlines and communicate case status to clients and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files and document management.
