Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering and leadership roles.

• Strong JS/TS full-stack background and cloud platform knowledge.
• Proven track record in Scrum/Agile adoption and team velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and own sprint planning.
• Collaborate with Product/Design to translate roadmaps into plans.
• Remove blockers, improve operating rhythm, and drive delivery predictability.
• Provide technical guidance across the stack and CI/CD practices.
• Coach engineers on AI-enabled development and responsible tooling.
